Hi everyone! It’s hard to believe I’ve been working on this website for almost nine months now. It doesn’t feel like it’s been that long. I’m really proud of how hard I’ve been working on it. Even on though days, I’ve forced myself to keep going with this. Sometimes, it feels like it isn’t worth it. But on days like today, looking back at how much I’ve written, designed, or created, I’m feel very proud of myself. I don’t say that often. I’d like to use this post as a way to reflect on stuff I posted back at the beginning.
My very first blog post was on November 29th, 2023. WordPress gave me a writing prompt: What do you hope to remember about your life right now when you are older? This could not be a better post to reflect on. At the time of this post, I was still new to my job, felt new to being back in Maine, and my short-term future was very unsure. Click HERE to read the whole prompt. I enjoyed re-reading it myself.
The next piece of writing was another random writing prompt: Today is national Cookie Day! Talk about your favorite cookie! I love the photo of Papa and I that I chose for the featured image. It brings me so many good memories, as well as the topic. Click HERE to read it.
New Year’s Day was when I wrote my next topic. I set New Year’s Resolutions for myself. That’s something I usually avoid doing or forget about quickly, but this year I’ve done a much better job. As I stated before, I’m really proud of what I’ve done so far with this site and I can’t wait to continue. Click HERE to see what I wrote at the beginning of the year.
If you enjoyed reading the older posts, please considering subscribing for more! I’ll also be starting a newsletter soon, so please sign up for that HERE. You can follow my socials for updates as well. Those are all on my Contact Page. Thank you for your support!
