Sometimes getting inspiration for new designs is difficult. We’re in a bit of a lull at work, so I haven’t gotten much for new assignments lately. I decide to give AI generators a try. I used ChatGPT to get a new design prompt. Here’s what it said:
Here’s a simple graphic design prompt for you:
Prompt: “Create a minimalist poster for a fictional music festival called ‘Harmony Fest’. The festival celebrates diversity in music genres with artists from around the world. Include abstract musical elements like notes or instruments to represent the fusion of cultures and sounds.”
Feel free to interpret and design this prompt in any way you like!
Using an AI prompt was a great way to get a new idea, while somewhat feeling like it was an assignment. I have trouble coming up with stuff from scratch, so it’s nice being told what to do, haha. I created a bunch of fake artists, dates, and links, to make sure it’s clear that this is not a real event. Here is my Harmony Fest 2025 Poster!
